Experience and enjoy 4 Guided Prenatal Yoga Classes with intentional insights and meaningful reflections. Each class has been specially designed to nourish your changing body and replenish your energy. Guided meditations and simple movements coordinated with prenatal specific breathing techniques will help you release tension and prepare for childbirth. Practices will be complimented with a mantra, affirmation or chant to help harness your mental and emotional subtle energy. Each class will open with an opportunity for sharing and intention setting and close with a pause and time for reflection. No yoga experience is necessary to participate and all pregnant people experiencing a low risk pregnancy are welcome. If your doctor or midwife has deemed your pregnancy high risk, please let us know and ask for their advice regarding your participation in these classes. Micaela, BA, PYT will be your instructor for these classes. Micaela recognizes that pregnancy is outside of the binary. As such, this class is for pregnant people of all genders and expressions and range of mobility. We recognize that it LITERALLY takes a village and that families come in various compositions. This is an inclusive offering designed to celebrate diversity amongst us.
