POLICIES & ETTIQUETTE

  • Attendance is by appointment only

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure that each practice begins on time. You will not be able to join us if you arrive late.

  • We respect everyone's right to a safe practice space. Certified Therapy Dogs are welcome.

  • Yoga Truly supports a strict policy on Scented Products. Please refrain from wearing chemically scented products including: perfume, aftershave, lotion, hairspray and deodorants. Members and staff also report similar reactions to chemically scented fabric softeners. 

  • Cell phones, Fitbits and apple watches are not permitted into the practice space. They are disruptive.

  • You must bring your own clean props

Terms of Agreement:

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of service regardless of usage.

  • Money will not be reimbursed.

  • All prices listed include HST

  • Any payments returned ‘Non-sufficient Funds’ will be charged an additional $30.00 to be paid in cash prior to attending next class or treatment.

  • Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Preregistered classes are run at the studio based on your commitment, not your attendance.
