YOGA IS A LIFESTYLE
Yoga has been misunderstood and misrepresented in many ways. Yoga is a lifestyle, a science that lends us a blueprint to a life in balance, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
HATHA
Hatha means balance and particularly refers to the need for balance between the energy of the Sun and Moon and further the balance within ourselves.
Hatha Yoga includes breathing and movement that build a strong foundation from which one can transition into new positions on and off out the yoga mat. Hatha centers around control and precision expressed through diversity in asana and pranayama. Practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle through a combination of breath work, mindful movements, focus and meditation.
