We can practice yoga together online or I can teach you how to be a yoga teacher yourself. I can even help you have your own Registered Yoga School!

My favourite styles of yoga to practice are Yin and Restorative, but I love to teach it all and in the trainings I lead, I share everything about the philosophies and practices that have deeply impacted my life since I discovered them in 2005.
