About Your Hosts

I’m Claire, founder of Yoga Truly. My teaching and training experience spans over two decades, rooted in yoga philosophy, somatic exploration, and guiding mindful movement in diverse communities.
I believe health care thrives when we blend embodied understanding, clinical insight, and a reflective approach to learning.

This program was created by Shannon Crow who also founded and hosts the Connected Yoga Teacher podcast out of a deep respect for connection between disciplines, between practitioners, and between theory and lived practice. You’ll find every session is grounded in curiosity, integrity, and a commitment to learning that feels human first.
