Q. What if I don't have a computer?
A. We are going to need to interact and online is the most accessible way. You'll need to install a free version of zoom to attend the meetings. This is where we will talk. I'll learn about you, and you'll learn about yoga.
Q. What if I'm not flexible, can't sit for long or have an injury?
A. That's what I'm here to help with. We'll start where we start, then modify as we go.
Q. I don't want to meditate, does that matter?
A. Nope. This practice is all about you.... but you are missing out on an amazing and relaxing experience, so let me know if you change your mind.
Q. How am I going to remember everything you teach me?
A. I'm going to email you a practice plan you can print out and the recordings of all our meetings and the yoga we do together.
Q. My pain is more emotional than physical, can you still help me get unstuck?
A. I'm not a doctor or therapist, but I can teach you what I know about how to regulate your nervous system and release stress, tension and stored trauma through movement, breath work and maybe even a reiki reading.
Q. So, how many times are we meeting in this program?
A. We'll have our initial meeting where I learn about you and your goals, then shortly after that we'll meet again and I'l guide you through the practice I've designed. We'll meet again once a month for 3 months to modify your practice as you get unstuck at home doing the practice I've planned (remember you'll get a printed plan and a video recording every time.
Q. Do you offer bonuses or other means of support?
A. Of course! I truly want you to feel better. You'll get full access to a video library with techniques training videos of the poses, breathing techniques and full guided yoga classes for variety in between our meetings and a starter kit with yoga props to make your practice more accessible.
