As a certified restorative practitioner, you will be filled with healing resources to help people of all ages and abilities.

The certification training will also be shared as a mini-home retreat so you can learn and experience all of the nourishing postures, and visualization, meditations and mindfulness therapies.

  1. A complete digital manual and workbook including lesson plans,

  2. Detailed techniques training for all  restorative postures designed to support the body and reset the nervous system, as well as specially selected meditations and breathing techniques,

  3. 20 Hours of Real time training with Claire, your experienced lead trainer,

Who Is This Training For?

This Restorative Yoga and Meditation Training is offered as a mini home retreat where everyone is welcome. The thing about rest, that most people don't know they need it until they experience it. But our nervous system is acutely aware of all that we go through. 

 

It has a subtle response to everything we experience and puts it somewhere in our body to hold onto, until we notice and release it. Help yourself and others start the restorative and releasing practice.

This Experience Will Be So Deliciously Soothing

This training is offered as a mini self retreat and learning experience open to anyone curious about restorative practices, ready to help others or struggling with stress themselves. We will explore and experience nurturing restorative postures to reduce your own stress and integrate to existing classes for yoga teachers.

Learn about our body's complex and intelligent nervous system as well as your energetic anatomy (the subtle body and chakra system).  Study the most common ways our bodies compensate for stress and dis-ease and learn how to remedy these patterns through movement, stillness and mindfulness.

Learn a variety of healing strategies to combat stress, reduce anxiety and release physical tension. Consciously connect with your true self and the laws of nature (Ayurveda) that humans are chronically disconnected from, and apply these connections therapeutically towards healing.

Complete this training with your nervous system reset and with inspired intentions to bring the simple strategies you've learned about slowing down, living well and listening to your body to others.

With a deep and heartfelt commitment to the healing power of stillness and mindful presence, I bring a rich blend of experience, curiosity, and compassion to the practice and teaching of restorative yoga.

 

Having delighted in the restorative journey myself, feeling firsthand how mindful postures, breath work, and props can dissolve tension, calm the nervous system, and renew connection to body and breath, I’m passionate about guiding others into that same sense of ease and inner listening.

 

I teach restorative yoga not just as a series of postures, but as an invitation to slow down, tune in, and rediscover wellness from the inside out. My approach honors the nervous system’s wisdom, encourages gentle self-inquiry, and supports students of all ages and abilities.
