About Your Trainer

I’m a mother of two, with three pregnancies that deeply shaped both my personal journey and my professional path. My first child was born by C-section (belly birth), followed by a VBAC with my second.
I completed my first prenatal yoga training in 2007 during my first pregnancy and continued teaching Hatha and Vinyasa classes until just two days before my second child was born in 2009. After Yoga Alliance introduced the R-PYT designation, I completed my second prenatal training in 2018, further refining my approach.
With the knowledge I have now, I would approach my first labour very differently, an insight that strongly informs how I teach and support others. I am also the host of Pelvic Health and Mind-Body Professionals and teach pelvic health care privately. Through Yoga Truly, I have been offering pre- and postnatal yoga classes since 2014, and prenatal yoga teacher training since 2019.
