Yoga Truly offers an 85 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Prenatal, Postnatal Yoga and Pelvic Health Certification. Completion of this online course will ensure that you can: Skillfully teach yoga classes to this specialized population by deeply understanding the pregnant students body during each stage of pregnancy including common ailments. Be a resource offering yogic wisdom and ancient yet practical guidance through infertility, all trimesters of labour, preparation for delivery and childbirth. Create a variety of effective yoga lesson plans including asana, breathing and yoga philosophy to provide practical and effective guidance to bring this pregnant student more comfort and experience a better labour and delivery. Deepen your personal yoga practice and establish a connection with this segment of your community by being a resource during this life milestone. Assist new parents in keeping their practice by offering postnatal yoga and recovery. Understand the changing body during this time and be able to help new mothers recover from pregnancy and delivery. Anyone who has had a baby is considered postnatal and can use your guidance in pelvic floor health and rehabilitation, scar tissue repair and C-section recovery. Feel supported to build your yoga classes and serve the community with yoga. Each module is a combination of Real Time Online Training through Zoom and prerecorded self paced training. You can begin your self paced training immediately upon registration. Cost: $79.00+ HST / month for (reduced from $1200 for membership format) Live trainings offered in the membership run sequentially, honoring the reality that deep learning and integration take time. Full certification across all trainings and continuing education programs is completed over a minimum three-year membership through simple monthly payments. Expect a minimum of 8 monthly payments to complete this 85 hour training and certification.
